是我市文化主管部门下属的一个以宣传、弘扬、保护、挖掘我市民间文化企业。由我市的26个镇的文化基层单位参与，在市文化职能部门的领导下，由我是青年艺术家吴作杰先生负责主要的日常的事务。 该公司有8名全日工人，3名管理人员，有分散书画艺术家12名；民间艺术家18名；省级艺术家46名。
